Asyril SmartSight: Implement flexible feeding systems faster, easier and more efficient than ever


Thanks to Asyril’s SmartSight Visual Part Detection System, setting up flexible feeders just became a whole lot easier. Combining a vision kit including camera and objective, an industrial control PC, as well as all necessary cabling, the SmartSight system makes the implementation of high performance flexible feeding systems almost as simple as setting up conventional feeders - ensuring our clients can focus all their skills on the problem at hand.

Capable of controlling up to 4 cameras and feeders, the system is compatible with all “Asycube” vibrating feeding platforms and can be seamlessly integrated with any industrial robot brand. The SmartSight system takes care of handling the movements of the components and their optimal distribution on the platform. The location of the parts to be picked is provided to the robot control as a list via Ethernet. The system can be easily programmed thanks to a specific and intuitive user interface.

Development times for feeding solutions for parts that cannot be handled by traditional feeders due to their shape, fragility or large part variety are significantly reduced. Asyril’s integrated SmartSight system thus represents a highly competitive option compared to manually selecting all the necessary system components.
