Chief Sales and Marketing Officer


You have a solid track record as a successful Sales and Marketing Manager in the automation industry and you are capable of bringing companies to the next level! Working hand in hand with the CEO, you will lead and grow the sales and marketing organization by increasing its sales numbers, team efficiency and profitability.

Hands-on manager, you will have a strong impact on sales acceleration. Fast thinker, you will help to design a growth strategy for our product line, implement pragmatic processes and efficient working culture. Recognised as a leader in people management, you will keep the team focused and motivated on the company's vision and objectives.

Your strong understanding of the automation industry, its competitive landscape and market segmentation will allow you to participate in shaping powerful value propositions for our clients.

You will develop the direct and channel partner sales organization, recruit and develop your sales and marketing teams, optimize the sales process and sales tools. You will also closely manage the marketing funnel and sales pipelines, report accurate sales forecasts and negotiate sales budgets and objectives to be attained on a quarterly basis.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Management positions at company-wide or divisional level and strong experience in growing sales organizations, a performance-oriented mindset and capable of executing on strategic input autonomously, the candidate should have previous exposition to startup or SME environment. The candidate should have a strong experience in business development outside Switzerland, ideally in Europe, America and Asia. With a proven leadership track record, the candidate is perfectly work proficient in French and English, German would be an asset.
